Had my granddaughter birthday their,they rushed us gave us 30 min to eat after 30 min tried to split the party up in different rooms.staff was very rude and not helpful at all! Just played games then had to finish the party at home because they said we didn't have time to open her gifts their!
Came here for my daughter bday. Not party visit. Very nice staff took our pics. Lots of smiles & great pizza
Frequent visitor who just had the worst experience with rude staff, food quality has gone down, and the cost has gone way up. Not worth the 45 minute drive or the cost.

Once again, slightly dissapointed in our family outing to IPC today .Games are just so overpriced. Salad bar was devastatingly disappointing. They changed the Ranch dressing , the only thing I really eat when I go and for the second time in a row the hotdog stand was not on. Employees were odd,hardly what you'd expect from a place geared for children. Management was awful.

Celebrated my daughter, Anissa's 9th birthday party here. New Years birthday bash was awesome! We couldn't be more satisfied with our Ultimate birthday party from Incredible Pizza - can't wait to go back - The host and event planner/were to say the least, INCREDIBLE - they made my New Years baby one happy Princess - Thank You!!

Our experience here today lacked a LOT to be desired. We arrived for a birthday party, after being shown where to check in my kids and I waited in line. When our turn arrived Alexis asked the child's name who's party we were there to celebrate, I have her the information and she explained that my sons portion had been taken care of. She stated that I would be responsible for myself. It is very expensive. And I lost my fitbit. I asked for them to if i could go back and look for it in the areas I was in but was not allowed to go back in unless I payed a second time, my kids payed for it for my Christmas and after spending $108 to get in and another $100 for games it was just not right.

The salad bar was good, the pizza was stale. Employees were rude, and not nice at all. Kept plays games that would take the money off the card and then not work. Notified a worker and all they said was they didn't know what was wrong. Not a single employee smiled. I asked a guy cleaning the tables, do we clean up and put the plates somewhere, and he rudely replied. "Yes, we will clean up after you". The only positive employee was the ones that said come back again on the way out the door. But I am thinking we won't be back.

I loved the changes made in the recent years to the place. From the lights, just enough to keep the place family safe to find our children, to the sound control indoors. Food as always is great, fresh and with a great variety.
