Its not a horrible place. Especially if you are there with family.
Food was ok games were cool but it was so expensive we bought a game card but no one explained how it worked so we we're confused on what we could do and left frustrated

We had my son's 5th birthday here and loved the experience. All of the kids had a blast and we will be back. I loved being able to sir back and actually enjoy the party while they did all the work.
We spent 7 hours there and didn't even get to do everything. Our first time was real good. We drove from Van Buren to Tulsa just for this. Well worth it.
The food was old and not worh it. Very unhappy, and I don't think i will take my family there again.

Food was okay, games were honestly the best part. All was good till the very end when a couple girls got into a fist fight knocking everything over. What bothered me is they kept them inside, separate, but inside while they kept screaming at each other. Why not take them both outside and detain them? Other than that, it was a good experience.
thanks for charging me for a game that doesn't work properly. Pacman controls will not go down, and why isn't spring town open during the day? Worst trip yet

To answer your question about Spring Town: We don't get enough customers on weekday afternoons to justify the extra staff needed to run the experience.

There is so much to do here! It's a lot of fun! Foods good, staff is friendly and helpful. The only compliant I even have is the loudness of all the games and the intercoms when they do announcements. You can't hear each other talk without screaming. But that's to be expected.
