After waiting an unusual long time to receive our $100 certificate that we entered and won, our trip for my 10 yr old's birthday was a little disappointing for us. Just like it was a little over a month ago, when we went for my 8 yr old's birthday.....the salads were empty, and at least 5 games did not work. Very time consuming to get credited for the points. We had so much fun and it was a very good value! We were there from 12:30 to 5:30 and the kids were not ready to leave! Grammy and Papa just got tired! 🙂

Me and my family normally have a blast here but last night wasn’t so pleasant we bought two of the 4 people for $52.00 and our cards worked on 4 games then said Insufficient funds we went to customer service and they told us that we was swiping the cards to fast that was the reason and said they were fine and went to play more game but continued with the same problems overall we played about five to six games on a two hours unlimited play.
So apparently at Incredible Pizza Tulsa they require you to buy a buffet to get in. That's fine, I'll spend $10 so we can get in and spend $40-$60 on games for my daughter.. well no they said we had to buy a buffet for all of us even though that part closes in 20 minutes? Like what? No thanks. Then instead of letting us spend our $40-$60 on games they turn us away because we won't spend $30 on a buffet we don't want when we just had dinner. What a joke. � smh. This place is awesome! We did a youth lock-in here and the kids had a blast as well as the adults. Jessica, the event coordinator is so nice and helpful. Can't wait to do another event there.
