Purchased two storms' doors from Lowes, Mike came out measured, sent measurements back to Lowe's within a week after Mike called came back out installed both doors. Very satisfied with professional job and completion of work. Grace V
We purchased a storm door from Lowes Home Improvement and asked them to arrange for it to be installed on our back door. Incredible Installations arrived on the scheduled date and installed the storm door very quickly. We hardly know the installer was here. The door was installed correctly and works perfectly. I have now been waiting 3 months from the date I purchased a front door from Lowe’s. It is STILL NOT installed. Scheduled and cancelled. Today, between 11 and 1. Still not there. I called this morning to check and they said they be there. Lowe.s needs a new contractor. This is ridiculous.
Do not use them!! I bought two storm doors from Home Depot so they (Home Depot) are the ones who hired them to install my doors. They had a window of 10-12; did not even get to my house until 2:30; stayed till 7:00 p.m. then, left without finishing the job. Now I've got to reschedule to get the job done. Did not call; bad communications and not top notch work. Home Depot needs to go another route.
Do not use them! I ordered a new jetted tub from Home Depot and this company was the third party who installs it. I had no idea what was involved in replacing a jetted tub and went along with what the sales guy for what I thought was a high bid to do the job. They talked to me about all the things that had to be done with electrical, plumbing and other needs after taking the old tub out and made it seem like this was a major install.
