I had our retractable awning stop working (out of course) on Saturday, called on Monday morning. They sent 2 techs out Monday afternoon, they installed a new motor, they were very professional and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them!

Our purchase of a new Sunbrella awning from Incredible Awnings was very smooth from start to finish. They were referred by a friend in Amblebrook. It was easy to set an appointment with John and he was very well prepared when he came to our home. We ordered awning with a motor and remote. John and Nikki were very helpful with HOA required documents. This allowed me to submit almost immediately. We received approval in about ten days. We had our awning installed a few years ago by them and just recently had a mishap where one of the arms that extends the awning out busted on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and reported it and are on their way to fix it now in the same day!!Now that's service!!
