The name says it all, they truly are incredible! John and Company completed a fantastic job on E. All Saints St. in Frederick, Maryland. They replaced and recovered 11 awnings for the new African-American heritage Center. They first removed the old tattered awnings and replaced them with vibrant new sumbrella fabric at their facility. We had an awning from Incredible Awning Co. installed about 6 years ago. I recently noticed that some of the trim was coming unraveled. I contacted John and he said he would come by, pick it up and repair it. And yes, it was still covered under warranty! ( All parts are for 10 years!) Within a week, he showed up at my door. Great service before, during and after installation! BTW, after discussing it with John, I decided to keep the trim permanently off the awning.
