We had an awning from Incredible Awning Co. installed about 6 years ago. I recently noticed that some of the trim was coming unraveled. I contacted John and he said he would come by, pick it up and repair it. And yes, it was still covered under warranty! ( All parts are for 10 years!) Within a week, he showed up at my door. Great service before, during and after installation! BTW, after discussing it with John, I decided to keep the trim permanently off the awning. John and his crew just installed electric blinds on our pergola. They look wonderful! I know we will get many, many years of enjoyment from them...no more 'cranking' up and down with the old blinds.
