paid cash 4 months later no title. sloppy paperwork. sent title to DMV with a lein holder. DMV cannot say who the lien holder is so back to dealership. left MANY messages before finally getting a human on the phone. She confirmed title sent to DMV with a lien holder listed and told me who it was. She was going to clear up with DMV and get my title released to me. 4 weeks later still no title. Went with my grand daughter to look at a car. Bad smell came from running the air conditioner. My grand daughter has sent texts and got 2 responses but nothing after that so she could set up and appointment to have the problem fixed. I picked up the plates for her and told the guy my grand daughter has been trying to reach him and he said he never received a text from her. My grand daughter showed me the text to and from him. We purchased a 2004 toyota sequoia from this dealership. Biggest regret ever. They did not disclose ANY issues with the suv, when we made it half way back home a 3 hour drive it started having issues. It was overheating, the locks stopped working and the radio didn't work the alarm went haywire and the check engine light came on.
