Despite fast shipping, the product I received did not fit for my vanity lights. I found the return policy a terrible experience - charge 30% restocking fee and pay for shipping so my “refund” will end up being about 50% of what I paid. I’ll ended up donating the product to habitat for humanity since the refund will be nominal. My opinion - make sure the product you buy is exactly what you are expecting because the return policy is so strict, there may as well not be one. Our new Stairwell Lights with emergency backup are really working well at the new location. We will definitely be using the Incon Lighting products again in our other locations.
