Taking away someone’s mobility aid is a hate crime. It can be classified as such since none of the other patients were treated like me. They treated me like any other patient until they found out I was disabled and need assistance. They refused to assist someone in crisis because they were not calm. If you have any condition or issue that keeps you from being calm 24/7 then this is not the facility for you. Admitted myself and asked for help numerous times and was ignored. Great service, as long as you put in the work and are determined to listen to what they are telling you.
I called this morning and spoke to Brandi. Such a relief to finally talk with someone whom I felt comfortable doing so. She said (abt 8am) that she would call me in abt 16 hours (abt Midnight) to check on me. About 17 hours later, I called and asked to please speak to Brandi. Jessica answered and said Brandi was there. But it was "against policy" to switch calls. Someone is "seriously struggling" and simply asks to talk to a person that they feel comfortable with....Does that sound like rational truth to anyone?? I waited ab... read more
The staff were great! They made me feel welcomed, included and understood. I would 9/10 recommend to anyone struggling.
