While the therapists I have seen were wonderful, I hope that anyone using them will not need medical records for any reason as it has been impossible to get anyone to provide mine to me. Attempts to call and speak to anyone about it is just sent to a voicemail with no response.
So I’ve been coming to this location for a year or more now but due to too many patients when I started I had to start out at the batesville office an that was the worst as I was 10 mins late on my 1st appointment an they wouldn’t see me but I wasn’t familiar with the area an I was giving the wrong directions than the 2nd attempt the nurse wasn’t there cuz her dog got hurt an needed stitches which sucks but when u tell them what’s going on in ur life it doesn’t mean nothing we just suppose to be able to make it there just no... read more
