I bought 4 gift cards with $200 each. ALL of them had a $0 balance on them when I went to use them. When I went to file a dispute, Incomm lost the first 2 disputes and then denied the 3rd dispute so I am out $800. Incomm and Visa refuses to help me. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never buy their gift cards! They are the worst company ever!!
I was given an InComm gift card. I checked my balance and there is still some on the card, BUT the company continues to decline payment to AMAZON, which is not exacty a fly by night company. So ... they are not letting me use MY money that was given to me. I called customer service, who said that they declined the payment (to Amazon) for "safety and security reasons," even though I was able to use the card to purchase things on Amazon before. This people do not deserve the 1 star. I was told to get an American Express gift card to pay for a car reservation and after I paid for it I realized I was being scammed by this company so you are not getting away with this and people like you should do something better with your life. What goes around comes around and you will suffer for what you did to people
Lost 500$ money.its been 7months raised case still no response from Incomm .sent so many emails with all details to customer care .no change.dont waste your money .will not recommend to vanilla gift card to anyone.
This company is a complete scam/fraud spectrum goes through them for a buyback program and they gave all the amount too someone in haiwaii I have all the proof and only paid me half and isn't giving the rest they need to be sued if I could give zero stars trust me it would happen
