Bought a $100 gift card plus activation fee at Walmart. As soon as I activated it got scammed. Lost all my money on it. Never got to use it once. Then I was denied my dispute 3 and 1/2 months later saying my case was closed and there's nothing they can do. What is your fraud department even do and you have no supervisor or manager to your customer service that I can speak with. It's embarrassing

Fraud company who is probably stealing card numbers and selling them. They refused to help claiming I had lack of evidence to only be determined in 48 hours. I'm seeking legal action and will not stop until they resolve my issue. DO NOT BUY Vanilla Gift Cards, period. Just look at their copy and paste response in different fonts which clearly shows that no investigation was actually performed.

Scamming people by selling fraudulent cards. Government need to conduct financial audit on them. I filed a complaint on securespend visa. Their customer service is also fraud. They operate from India pretending like American. I don’t know how their cards are sold in Walmart ,Walgreens and some big stores. Please be aware of this scams. I lost my money.

Incomm debt gift cards are fraud and should be removed from the stores. I emailed the Georgia states attorney, the Georgia BBB and my states attotrney as this is bad businness practices and decitful to consumers. I purchased a card for my kid and when tried to use for gifts it was already used and was new and unopened. I called the lame customer service who is in India so they dont care and have no say and they just open a case and then you have to email incomm disputes. I bought a card and put 200 dollars on it. I drove down the street and tried to use it to get a hotel room. Declined. 2 "customer service" agents later, the corporate policy states that they can mail me a new card, no other option. So, they have my 200 dollars, and I can't have access to it any longer because they fail as an organization? Reddit, short sale.
