This people do not deserve the 1 star. I was told to get an American Express gift card to pay for a car reservation and after I paid for it I realized I was being scammed by this company so you are not getting away with this and people like you should do something better with your life. What goes around comes around and you will suffer for what you did to people
Lost 500$ money.its been 7months raised case still no response from Incomm .sent so many emails with all details to customer care .no change.dont waste your money .will not recommend to vanilla gift card to anyone.
This company is a complete scam/fraud spectrum goes through them for a buyback program and they gave all the amount too someone in haiwaii I have all the proof and only paid me half and isn't giving the rest they need to be sued if I could give zero stars trust me it would happen
Vanilla gift cards are a rip off and do not work online. Stupidly we got one for my son so he could make purchases on line in a game with a limitation rather than use a credit card. Its loaded, activated but declined every time. Totally useless and a waste of money.
We all need to get together and file class action lawsuits against vanilla Visa card and incomm cos it’s fraud and they scamming people,shame on Walmart target and Walgreens selling those cards,we you call customer services you get someone in India asking your personal information and put you on hold and hang up the phone,the US government need to open an investigation to this fraud.
