The lady working here named Ana Laura is very unprofessional and is not helping my mom get her taxes return and is demanding my mom to pay her even tho she hasn’t gotten her money from last year.The lady expects my mom to pay her although she hasn’t received any tax money. She doesn’t know how to work with her clients professionally.
