I filed with them last year in March. For some reason, my taxes were not accepted due to fraud on my account. When I asked them for assistance they told me there was nothing they could do. 3 months later they pulled $250 from my bank and I never received my taxes so I literally couldn’t even pay my car payment that month. They were not educated in filing either. Not worth $250 for the basic amount that I actually didn’t receive until December 2025
