I would’ve give zero if it was possible because even 1 star is too much for them. Unfortunately, I had terrible experience in this place. Lack of communication is the major issue because Maria barely speaks English and Rolando is not there earlier than 5:30, so if you don’t speak Spanish, stay away from this place and don’t waste your time and money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Awful customer service. As soon as I called the receptionist answered and didn’t respond after I told her what services I was looking for just left the line hanging and I hung up and called back. As soon as I started speaking she said “yes ok hold on” and left me on hold again and I was left on the line for 15 mins and no one even tried to help me.
This is the only person I trust to do my taxes, affordable and reliable service. They always are a text message away. They answered all my questions and left me feeling confident and happy with the service.
I’ve been coming here since 2016, with Rolando and he always makes this process so easy. He is always able to answer any questions that I have. I highly recommend coming here to get your taxes done!
