I had a real bad experience with my 2025 tax return at this office. On March 06, 2026 my 2025 tax return was prepaired by this office, first time I use this office. On March 24 2026, I checked IRS on line for my refund status, to my surprise IRS had no records matching my income tax refund information. Next day I went to the tax office to request a confirmation number for the IRS tax return documents upload acceptance. I was told that my 2025 tax return forms were not uploaded as of March 27 2026. My husband and I have been going to Art for many years now. Art and his staff provide amazing customer service. They are kind, professional and truly mean when they say they provide caring and competent services. The ladies who schedule the appointments are always friendly with excellent customer service. Art does get booked a year in advance, but he has competent people working in the office who can also take care of your taxes.
