I had a very disappointing experience with this tax preparation service. I trusted them to handle my taxes, including setting up my direct deposit for my refund — a service I explicitly requested. Unfortunately, they failed to input my direct deposit information, and as a result, I never received my refund via direct deposit. Instead, I was told I would receive a paper check from the IRS, but I have not yet received it, and I am still trying to get a replacement. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
