A boy named Clayton lives on the 3rd floor and uses a drone to spy on people through their windows, takes pictures of them, then shares those pictures with his friends. KBC management is aware of his behavior and does nothing to stop it. In fact, they cover for and enable it because Clayton is friends with some of them and is a client for their cocaine sales.
