Amazing company - Would not trust my property to anyone else. Will go above and beyond to protect your asset. Easy to work with - secured tenants quickly and had no issues through rental agreement. Highly recommend!
We had a terrible experience working with David Sanders. We moved to TN from out of state and the home was in disrepair. It was filthy, there were holes in the walls, baseboards were missing, the floors in the bathroom were moldy and lifting, the carpets were filthy, there were constant problems with the drains backing up and leaks in the garage and indoor patio…it was truly disheartening. I rented from Income Properties for a few years and was always happy with their service. They were quick to respond to maintenance issues and were always very professional. The only suggestion I would offer for them is that they find a way to accept rent payments directly online.
Great management team! IP does a great job with my properties and I would highly recommend them.
I'm sharing my experience with Income Properties because I am the owner of the house that was described by "Heather" in one of the previous comments. Almost every word in her review is fiction. She was one of three people living in that house. Apparently, none of them wanted to take responsibility for cleaning the house or outside upkeep.
