This company had very poor communication when I tried to reach out to them to see if they were available to help me with my ice machine. This was a company that the manufacturer of my ice machine had referred to me, so I expected a better response time. When they finally did return my phone call after I reached out again agter no response, the man was very rude. He simply told me he wasn't available and then hung up the phone on me.
