worst, its a fake commitment , they promised in 4 days its more than a month i still did not receive docs that i asked for . waste of money and i have to cancel the registration

Terrible service from Grant. He hung up the phone with me, and I am paying customer, who asked to renew for the next three years. Unbelievable, how rude he was, when I explained to him that they should put in their email for customers to check their junk folder for communications when he knew that their emails go into junk folders - he hung up. Really??? I sent an email to the owner, and I'm happy to take the review down if someone in management will speak to me as in the past, they had a woman who was lovely to speak with. ... read more
