Paulie went above and beyond to work through my foot injury and prepare me for an expedition to Mt Everest. I could barely walk without pain when I first went to him 10 weeks prior, but with his treatment, care and coaching, he got both my body and my mind prepared, and I went on to put a tough 6 weeks of climbing on those same feet, and reached the summit thanks to his help. Paulie keeps it real, is grounded in science, and goes the extra mile to make sure you not only heal but come back stronger and wiser.
