I initially had a appt with RichOff Handz when I arrived for my sons appt at 1pm Sunday I was told she wasn't there. I had communicated with her up to the day of my appt. I text her and she never responded. The owner of the salon contacted her and she was at a Back To School Bash which was unprofessional as hell because why would you tell me to come to Columbia.
