Needs to reevaluate clients some needs equipment now and they ignore it. The lady at the front desk is rude, moody. They never take accountability for their mistakes. The aides either come late or don’t show. Clients will go days with no care and they act like you’re the problem when you ask if someone’s coming. It’s a family business, and they’re not good at business.
