I’m sad to leave this honest review because I lived at Incline Terrace between 2017 and 2021. Before going further I would say if David Tanner is still the president of the HOA run away fast. I thought Dave would be a good owner because of his position, but upon me moving out leaving the unit in pristine condition and having video evidence of the move out process, Dave is claiming that I owe additional money.
