Just resigned my lease for another year here. The view is great, maintenance is extremely quick and helpful. Neighbors are friendly, location is close to everything (can hop right on the highway)! Apartments are well done and staff is friendly. Apartments are animal-friendly as well. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop and ice cream parlor.
My daughter and I just moved a few weeks ago. View from the balcony sold it. Maintenance is top notch.
Definitely move here if you like having a “plumbing emergency” at least once a year & not having access to water.
New Owners New Management are very responsive. They are always improving the property interior and exteriors. Units are renovated, modern, and open. All with stunning Cincinnati city and Ohio river views. Convenient location to downtown Cincinnati and all major highways.
