There are about 8 units in my community with an Inclinator. When it works, it's ok, but don't expect prompt service if there are problems. What annoys me most is their totally worthless overpriced annual "service contract." It covers inspection only. If repairs are needed, it's extra. After a year, a loud alarm sounds until you call for "service." The loud alarm sounds every time the door is opened or a button is pushed. No way to turn it off. Great attention to detail professional work I love the elevette
So disappointed.I purchased this unit because it was made in Pa and serviced locally. It gets used no more than once a month.Three times called for service for the same problem and only get stroked.
