Not as great as the sales pitch. The salesperson was good to work with until the last part. Towards the end, he was only interested in getting his payment and not making sure everything was in order. The elevator is so slow, the floor and the cab don't match, and the flooring going up to the elevator has gaps that make it look bad, but that's how the elevator installer wanted it. Pretty I am not happy with it.
