Nicole, Matt, Autumn and the entire Inch & Co team has been wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend them for both property management and help with real estate sales. I'm a Realtor in another state and bought 2 investment properties. They did a great job managing the properties, and even helped me complete repairs with an insurance claim due to a toilet valve breaking (no fault of theirs), and then ultimately selling them very quickly.
