Used them for a new construction, we found issues that the PDI builder inspector didn't find and or said won’t be covered by Tarion when it is. I suggest using a home inspector. I am super happy with inch by inch inspections

I had contacted this company for asbestos removal as well as quotes because I have a young family and wanted to get my asbestos possible tiles in my home checked. When calling I was promptly answered with a phone call as well as with information. I was quite impressed with the pricing and I confirmed twice on the phone.
