I have to interact with Incenta as part of Health Insurance with my employer and after several emails over the course of several weeks they have yet to return a single one. I've contacted the primary Health Care agency and they stated I still need to go through the broker to have my coverage confirmed and cards issued. This is the worst interaction I may have ever had, with any organization, in the history of my time on this earth. These guys are worse than Nestle.
On July 28, 2023, I submitted my receipt for the glasses I purchased because I am supposed to be reimbursed $150 under my eye care plan at Incenta. After waiting for a reimbursement check for almost two months, I reached out to see what was happening (9/15/23). I was told the claim is pending payment at S&S and should be completed in a week.
