Did the first wk trial and was inspired to join on as a member. The family atmosphere is addicting. And this place is awesome for beginners! The on ramp program helped tremendously. I really can't express how through and welcoming the coaches are. I'm learning more about mobility and form than I ever did from playing previous sports!
A great environment to workout in. Everyone from the staff to the members are supportive and encouraging of each other. As a beginner, with no experience with CrossFit, the staff has been thorough in teaching me the various movements and provide coaching tailored for my personal fitness needs. CrossFit is intense - don't get me wrong. But never have I felt like it's up to me to teach myself the skills and figure it out on my own.
