I can confirm the exact same poor experience as MC and Leon's reviews- absolutely nothing has improved. This place is completely disorganized and mismanaged. Please save yourself a great deal of time and frustration and avoid all locations of this practice. I can honestly share that Dr. Paddu is by far a top notch provider. The office is setup in a relaxing environment, the staff is humble and energetic. Paddu is not your typical provider, he is super laid back, easy to talk to and most important, he listens to the patient and provides honest and realistic methods to meet ones goals and treats exactly what the issue is. Scam. Not a real doctor. don’t do it. Takes an act of god to get a prescription sent in and when you do it’s “not covered” because it has to be prescribed by an actual doctor. Was charged a copay 3 times and got 0 results out of all this
Genuinely one of the best doctor experiences I’ve had! Staff is extremely friendly and approachable, lobby felt like a lobby of an upscale restaurant instead of a doc’s office, and the doc was extremely informational and easy to work with. Very modern and easy.
