Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I have called repeatedly for more than a week regarding a prescription refill and have yet to receive a callback or meaningful update from the provider. The repeated assurances that my file would be reviewed, followed by no response, have been extremely frustrating.
Totally frustrated with trying to get scheduled for low dose lung screening....the office is not doing their job
