I tried to reach this office to check on status of a sleep study I was supposed to have after being discharged from hospital. The phone rang & rang. Finally a different dept. person answered & told me they were booking in December. I was told in the hospital & at follow up visit it would be about 2 weeks to get it. The order was sent "routine" instead of "stat". I tried to contact office again. I was put on hold for 40 min & no one came back!
Got right into respiratory with absolutely no wait. The Tech was so kind and understanding. She walked me through each phase of the testing and had so much patience. I totally had a great visit.

Very nice experience. The team was very helpful. The NP spent time with me, going through and explaining things. Definitely glad I found them.
They charge if you dont show but they were running over an hour late the day of my appointment. It was insane to me and if I wanted to reschedule it was 2 months out.
