I had an appointment with Dr. Husain last week and was told I would be referred directly to Saint Joseph’s Hospital for a sleep study. Instead, my information was sent out to multiple outside providers, and I’ve since been getting repeated, unsolicited calls throughout the day trying to get me to schedule. Very happy with my expereince at InCare. Dawne Hillsgrove, NP, was responsive, professional and clear in her discussions with me. Also helped to make sure that I had the right information needed by providers of my CPAP supplies. Highly recommend Dawne.

I agree that the doctor and staff are dismissive. Nurse never calls back. Doctor Hussein took phone calls and texted people during my first appointment, then my second appointment he still had not come in the room after I waited an hour so I finally left. They never called to reschedule which shows their lack of caring and attention for patients. Staff don’t like getting up to do anything for patients, they question why they need to do something.
