Why is it so hard to get a Dr to send my script to a different pharmacy? It's not my fault if the meds are out of stock or CVS changed their rules etc. Am I asking for too much? It's been days without meds and no one can return a phone call. I can't drive without them. My calls usually go to voicemail so I had my daughter call. Answered first thing. ???? Any advice? I have never seen such incompetent. They say they will call, never do. Prescriptions are written for wrong medicine. No quantity. Goes days without someone answering phone. Seems like someone is dropping the ball continuously or they just don't care.
