Used the storage unit for a few months while moving. Just be aware of a few things when leaving your stuff here. Rats got into some of my stuff, so be sure to seal up any clothing or food you leave. The facility does not pro-rate rent if you move out a day after you pay for another month, so plan accordingly. The gate access isn't 24 hours per day, and gate code keypads are finicky. Don’t leave your space early before your billing date because you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. This facility got 15 days worth of pay for a space not even being used. The staff working the desk all she could say was sorry we don’t refund I really don’t know what to tell you. Then refused to give the managers name, phone number or email. It’s on the web site. Hope they use the money they kept from our building to improve the place!
They were awesome. They assisted me and my family and are always very friendly. They send out monthly updates so I never forget to come by.
