STAY AWAY from this place!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD!! First off I stored with them for a couple years and there was always something broken. The side door most of the time did NOT close and this left the building unsecured, I brought this to the attention of the Manager at the time multiple time and it was shrugged off. First of all, I would like to say that the people who work here are amazing.They are great with communication and just are overall amazing people. My problem with this location is that what they advertise as climate control is not always climate controlled. If you're going to leave your items here, please do not do so for an extended period of time. I've had my items there for 4 years.And it was not until recently that when I went to remove my items from the storage unit, that all of my items that were decades old ended up h... read more
Poor storage environment, power outages and non existent staff. Store your possessions elsewhere. They charged us for 2 units instead of one and couldn't refund us. The manager needs to stop smoking weed on the job. She's too stoned to manage this place.
