The apartment was decent. Daniel worked well with us and was very easy going. The contract looked good and seemed very fair. However, there are also some downsides. It does take Daniel a while to get back to you. Many times we were just overlooked because Daniel manages so many apartments. Also, there are some downsides with the lease. You will be charged for carpet cleaning however, it doesn’t look like the carpets are ever cleaned. We moved in and the carpets were dirty. We moved out and were charged for cleaning carpets a... read more

I was sent a lease for Inca Villa Apartments by Daniel Wisnom and Golden Gate Management. I signed it and tried to follow up to view the unit—called, left voicemails, sent emails—for two weeks. No response at all. Then out of nowhere, Daniel texts me saying he gave the unit to his nephew. Two weeks of silence just to pull the rug out from under me. We lived here from 2019-2020 and had a great experience. As BYU students it doesn't get better than a 5 minute walk to campus. Never had any issues with the management-- we only moved to get a little more space when the time came. This complex is a good fit for a student couple with no kids on a budget.

We lived here last year, and loved it! The landlords are great. Very friendly and helpful, they always told me that they wanted us to just be able to enjoy living there, and that they were there to take care of any and all issues we might have. The apartments are nice, for the price and location they are very competitive. 5 minute walk to campus. If you can find a contract at Inca Villa, I would highly recommend moving in.

A great place to live! Very close to campus, very well kept, cheap with fantastic landlords. They have been so cooperative and kind regarding COVID-19.
