This review is not about the services themselves and more about their "insurance policies". I have been going back and forth with inbloom for a few months after my daughter was denied through our primary insurance. She has medicaid as secondary and they refused to run it after the denial claiming "they have a contract with the primary" which directly conflicts with what I was told about medicaid. I contacted Caravel after not getting any updates from Inbloom and they were able to get her approved without issue. I'm not sure ... read more
Wonderful experience for our twins. Before inbloom. Our home was chaotic and stressful. Inbloom staff have significantly improved our home life and are helping to set our boys up for success, whatever that may look like for them and their needs. Update 2024, Numerous staff shortages and constant changes in schedules have made it difficult for their sessions to occur and also impacts our ability to attend to our jobs. The staff at the Mequon location is absolutely fabulous! I have no worries when my daughter is at the clinic receiving her services because I know she is under the terrific care of her amazing therapists, who work with so well with her and truly put their all in providing her and our family with quality programming tailored to her. I would not want her anywhere else! Inbloom, Mequon has been such a blessing to our daughter and family! I can’t thank them enough! ❤️
My daughter started in September of 2022, and within weeks of being there, it was night and day as to how much improvement we had seen with her behavior and communication. The team we work with are top drawer and I would highly recommend InBloom Mequon campus to anyone who is considering it.
