Dr. Kirson and her entire staff have been wonderful. I have maintained a 120 lbs weight loss. With their help, guidance and their outstanding Physical therapist, Paul Schmidt. I feel better than ever at age 74.
Great doctors but the staff front desk one person that assisted me told me my insurance wasn’t active and I would be billed. I had to call my insurance twice and worry about not having coverage and oh no why is my insurance not active. Comes to find out it was the offices error and they had to submit m insurance manually. The office manager was kind enough to apologize but the office person not once throughout my whole time at the front desk suggested it was their error and wouldn’t be an issue after submitted manually.
