I have been to In Balance PT for therapy after a total knee replacement, for therapy after a fractured femur and fractured wrist and am currently being seen for IT Band Syndrome. I have seen Bree , Seth and currently seeing Coleman and they have all been excellent as well as the assistants ,front office staff and a few others I have seen when my assigned therapist had been out. Just finished my time at InBalance after knee replacement....can’t say enough about the staff, very professional, friendly, understanding and at times, fun. Kayla was my main therapist and she was great, so patient and gentle with a sometimes not too cooperative patient, but they all helped me get through it and I highly recommend this place.
Everyone is friendly, kind and show genuine care and concern. They don’t push you but allow you to have a voice in your therapy. I truly loved going and drove past 3-4 other closer PT places just to go here. There isn’t anywhere else I will ever be seen. Thank you to the whole team from the PTs, PTAs, techs and office staff. I don’t have words to truly show you how much I’ve appreciate everything you’ve done for me.
I had full knee replacement surgery on Sept 4, 2018 and have been doing all of my PT with Inbalance and there is not one person there who does not care how I am doing and keep pushing me to do better.
