I wanted to get a haircut and highlights befote my graduation pictures but she canceled on us at last minute. It sounded like she didn't want to do my hair as she said "oh that's way too much hair" and came up with excuses like her bathroom wasn't working. I never had an experience like this before and the fact that she canceled on us an hour before the appointment was very unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone.

SO UPSET. As the step-mother of the bride, I booked an updo with Ina. From the start, Ina kept giving me a hard time stating I would be upstaging the bridal party. I wanted to simply put my long hair up nice. Ina had no idea what to do regardless of the photo images I brought. My hair literally fell out of her updo within less than 2 HOURS!! Ina's hairdo was terrible and only held together with 6 bobbie pins and a few elastics. Complete waste of money and time on this most important day.
