TW: BLOOD - Lazy pedicure made me bleed. I came in for an appointment for a basic pedicure. When my technician came out, she seemed more interested in her vape and phone charger than getting the pedicure going. She eventually got me in the chair and after soaking my feet for all of 30 seconds, she started ripping at my cuticles with the nippers. She also cut the corners of my toenails and pulled them off. Awful service recently. Had appointments for me and a friend. Norma did my pedicure and was amazing but my friend sat with her feet in water for 45 mins a man took walk in appointments instead of doing her pedicure, even though he said he'd be right there...he never came over. Extremely disappointed 😞
