Yesterday I came in to the salon and they were very nice at first. As I was getting my gel pedicure, it was the most lazy and mediocre job I have ever gotten on my toes. She used a used the most coarse nail band for the drill, drilling into my nail bed and way too many heat spikes. Most painful pedicure ever. Then to put the cherry on top of my pedicure she cut my cuticles with the nail drill. I came in for a simple gel removal and requested a basic manicure. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and damaging to my natural nails. The nail tech used only a drill to remove the gel—no soaking or proper removal method—which severely weakened my nails. They became so brittle they had to be cut down very short, and now the nail beds are bumpy and extremely sensitive to the touch. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services I received at your salon. What was intended to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience turned into a deeply unpleasant one, filled with unprofessional conduct and substandard results. I had booked a pedicure and a full set of nails.
