I came here for the first time in 2022, and since then, I’ve never gone anywhere else! I always go to Jay unless he is off. Went there Wednesday morning, and was disappointed to hear that Jay was off but also knew this was my only available time for my fill. They asked me to wait and before long, in walked Jay! Worst ever. Didn't even finish my nails and the guy rushed the whole time and didn't even do what I asked for. I wouldn't recommend.

I've always been pleased with their service - since they opened! Today was different. My friend and I made appointments together for Mani pedis so that we can enjoy talking during treatment! I sat for half an hour while they did pedi on my friend. I watched a walk in be serviced. I was only able to talk to my friend for a few minutes. The worst part was the manicurist who kept getting mad at me for moving. She got really upset with me and got really aggressive with the emery board! I was paying for this? Her name is Jessie.
