Inada service is untrustworthy, the service is so bad with no integrity: statements, promised from them are not fulfilled. The chair is now 2 years old. I have had problems right after purchasing and have been dealing with Inada service department for the past 2 years. Problem is unresolved. They have replaced the arm, it’s still not working as it barely touches my arm. The left footrest pinches my toe. The chair is very good. The price is too high, My retired parents got Inada chair 2 months ago with my sister paid for. Then one of the function not working, Technician came and said it damaged by mice not technical issue so my parents have to pay for the repair.. Estimate may end up thousands....It cost almost 9 K and ..... Ouch Ouch...
Lousiest overpriced chair, Warranty is n good, people dont be fooled by them, identical chair with different name sells for half the price.
I was thinking about buying the top of the line and one of the selling points was it is not "chinese cheap" like OSIM and many of the competitors What is made in Japan and what is made elsewhere I think for the money this company should be totally transparent and honest in their public dealings opposed to deceptively and conveniently misleading? I hope the supplier will provide me some comfort in my buying decision
Spend over $9K on your chair. It wasn't install properly to begin with, therefore we can't even use it. Called Inada Customer support numerous time and all I get is a case number. Completely disappointed in your customer service considering we just bought the chair last month. So far I rate the chair as an OVERPRICE PIECE OF JUNK since it's not operable!!
