I purchased the $8,000 massage chair in April 2013. After about a year, the leather in the chair started peeling. I contacted Relax the Back and through them the manufacturer. According to them, this is an isolated incident, they'd never heard of this before (I know this is not true because I see other reviews on-line saying long term users have the same issue).
