I had an old floppy disc that I found in my late husband's dresser, and it looked like it was titled with our grandson's name on it. I called, and asked if they could find out what was on the disc, and of course they said they would do their best. Within a few hours I received the call that it was a letter, and they had made a paper copy and a CD. I am thrilled they were able to retrieve the information, and their customer service. I spoke with Dick by phone, and met Travis, and talked to Hunter by phone. Thanks!
