Dr. Stephens was a godsend for our daughter during the darkest stage of her life. When no other doctor was able to figure out what was happening to our daughter, Dr. Stephens was able to accurately diagnose, treat and advocate for our child. Twice, we have waited 6+ months for critical appointments, only to be told there never was an appt, and later told we’d missed an appt we’d been told didn’t exist. The office admin is a chaotic mess, and this is NOT the BS anyone needs to deal with when they have a severely, chronically ill child. Completely ridiculous.
Dr Stephens absolutely saved our daughter’s life with a proper diagnosis. We had SO many misdiagnoses that put her in very poor health from other University hospitals that she still has a long road ahead sadly - but Dr Stephens has been our miracle. She uses the most important tool a doctor can possess - her ears. She LISTENED to what we as parents and our daughter had to say and within minutes knew what was wrong - unlike the many other hospitals we visited prior to meeting Dr Stephens. Can’t recommend her enough.
