A wonderful doctor, the staff is professional and they are indeed friendly.
Absolutely overcrowded. I had a car accident last week and called to make a follow up appointment. They couldn’t schedule me until 7 days after the crash. The day before my appointment, they called to tell me that they had accidentally overbooked my appointment time and moved me up two hours. I got here 5 minutes late because there was no parking spaces and they told me that I could no longer see her because I was late. Dr Lim is excellent. She listens all the time and is very caring. Has great mannerism and always makes me feel important even while working on a difficult diagnosis of fibromyalgia.
Yes, Dr. Lim is low key but she is professional and very knowledgeable. I left a practice where the doctor did not catch some things with me and paid little attention to my lab results. Because I was leaving another practice, I asked Dr. Lim a myriad of questions and was pleased with her answers. She recommended I schedule some routine procedures with various specialties to make sure I bring my chart was up to date.
