We brought a family member with dementia in for a cleaning. It's been very difficult to even attempt to keep up dental maintenance. Tammy was the hygienist, and she was absolutely amazing. She was fast and gentle, and also very reassuring and understanding for us that we could only do the best we could. 10 out of 5 stars.
Stay away from this practice. They are rude and not honest. They submitted a claim for tooth extraction where I went for just cleaning, so watch for the explanation of benefits carefully before you pay your copay. Office manager/ billing person "Kim" very rude and never admits her mistakes. I walk in for cleaning and I know my insurance pays 100% for cleaning and preventative, I end up with a bill because either they bill me for things I didn't ask for or made mistakes in billing and never admits the mistakes.
