I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. My lymphatic massage appointment was cancelled because I hadn’t completed the required forms—something that was never clearly communicated to me in advance. I called three times after the cancellation to clarify, but the response I received was far from welcoming. The staff member (Shiela) I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. I got the best massage of my life here by Sherla and I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone about this place. Sherla has amazing pressure and focus on key areas that will leave you feeling relieved!
I had my first relaxation massage with Sherla and loved every second of it! I was booked in for 30 minutes and I was able to target my back for the most part which I have been meaning to work on for a while. Sherla was amazing and easy to converse with. I was able to talk to her about some concerns with my future and she reassured me during our session which I appreciated so much. Not only did I leave feeling great physically, but mentally as well! Definitely will be coming back soon :)
Attended my first lymphatic drainage appointment, and it's safe to say I will be a returning customer. The environment is very clean, calm, and welcoming, with serene music, dim lights, a comfortable cot, and a masseuse who was very friendly from the moment I walked in.
